Lucia Moretti

Lucia Moretti (18 June 1945 - 23 November 2006) was an Italian woman who served as an operative and staff member of the Torchwood Institute from 1968 until 1977. She was the mother of Melissa Moretti from her relationship with Captain Jack Harkness. (TOR: "Children of Earth: Day Three")
