Edwin "Ed" Morgan was a Cardiff resident and the murderer of Lizzie Lewis. Morgan raped and murdered seventeen-year-old Elizabeth Lewis on 29 March 1963. He was questioned by police in relation to her murder but was released without charge. On 3 December 1989, Morgan was admitted on recommendation to a care facility. Suffering from paranoid delusions and violent fantasies, he was diagnosed with severe depression and agoraphobia. After being treated with 60 mgs of SSRI and showing minor improvements, he was discharged on 17 January 1990. (TOR: "Ghost Machine")
